1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the evotaya website at evotaya.bet or creating a player account, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with any applicable laws and regulations of the Philippines. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and evotaya.

Each player may register only one account on evotaya. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. evotaya will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login details.

- Log out from your account when using shared or public devices.
- Notify evotaya immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Update your contact information promptly if it changes.
evotaya reserves the right to verify account information at any time and to request supporting documents for identity verification purposes.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using the evotaya platform, you agree to the following obligations and usage rules:
- You will use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
- You will not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative activity, including collusion, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
- You will not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to gain an unfair advantage or to disrupt the platform.
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the evotaya website or its content without prior written permission.
- You will not use the platform in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the performance of evotaya's systems or servers.

evotaya reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or legal referal, in cases of fraud or serious misconduct.
5. Payments and Transactions
All transactions on the evotaya platform are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Players may deposit and withdraw funds using supported local payment channels, which may include GCash, Maya, bank transfer, and other methods available at the time of your transaction.
By initiating a deposit or withdrawal, you confirm that the funds being used are legally yours and are not derived from unlawful activity. evotaya does not accept third-party payments — the name on your payment account must match the name registered on your evotaya account.
Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the account area. Processing times for withdrawals may vary depending on the chosen payment method and may be subject to verification requirements. evotaya reserves the right to delay or decline a transaction if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or policy violations.
All fees, if applicable, will be communicated clearly prior to confirmation of a transaction. Players are responsible for any applicable taxes on winings under Philippine law.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
evotaya provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and accuracy of the platform, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical issues at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, evotaya shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform — including losses related to gaming outcomes, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions.
All content on the evotaya platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, and software — is the intellectual property of evotaya or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any platform content is strictly prohibited.
The evotaya platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. evotaya is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Accessing such links is at your own risk.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Changes to Terms
evotaya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable belief that the player has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or acted in a manner harmful to the platform or other users.
Players may also request voluntary account closure by contacting evotaya support. Upon closure, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player through their registered payment method, subject to applicable verification checks.
evotaya may update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
